Cold drip coffee is made by slowly dripping cold water through ground coffee for a period of 3-4 hrs. The chemistry of cold brew is very different to hot brew. Most notably, cold brew is more fruity, chocolatey, and has very low acitity. This brings out subtle flavour characteristics and results in a complex coffee with a very smooth finish.
