Your Rights under Australian Consumer Law - Under Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, the retailer is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy. 

A major failure is a manufacturing defect or design fault that cannot be rectified with either a repair or a replacement. I am happy to report that warranty claims are few and far between, and K Bean has never had a claim for a major failure. And remember, all goods sold by K Bean are sourced from and supported by authorised Australian distributors. K Bean does not buy from grey importers. 

Of course, you are not entitled to a refund if you are not getting the results that you want in your cup. Manual coffees and coffee grinders are tools to make great coffee but the road to coffee perfection is a journey that requires some perseverance. But have no fear.
