The Mazzer Mini G (Grind by Weight) is made for the modern espresso bar or a premium home setup.

Featuring Mazzer’s first integrated grind-by-weight system, it delivers accurate, repeatable doses and clean workflow in a small but powerful package.

Mazzer Mini G (Grind by Weight) Features:

• Body and design – Compact, heavy-duty die-cast aluminium body in a small footprint.

• Grind adjustment – Continuous stepless micrometrical grind adjustment, allowing precise dial-in for espresso and weight-based dosing.

• Dosing control – Grind-by-weight system delivering consistent doses with ±0.1 g accuracy (conditions dependent) via an integrated professional scale and load cell accurate to a hundredth of a gram.

• Automatic dose adjustment – In weight mode, the grinder automatically maintains the set dose when you change grind setting, saving coffee and time by removing the need to re-weigh and re-program.

• Hands-free operation – Portafilter or dosing cup-activated grinding with an adjustable portafilter holder to keep the flow centred into the basket or cup.

• Magnetic dosing cup – Included stainless steel dosing cup with magnetic alignment, ergonomic grip, up to 30 g capacity and compatibility with ø58 mm portafilters.

• Burr set – 64mm flat bearing-steel burrs (233M) as standard for well-balanced extractions with good acidity and body

• Grinding speed – Tailor-made asynchronous motor delivering around 2–2.5 g/s depending on coffee and grind setting.
