It’s difficult to explain just how good this grinder is with words. This is the sort of grinder that needs to be seen and touched. When it comes to the actual performance this is grinder is amazing. It’s very very quiet. Grind retention is low (~0.2g) and that’s without bellows. Bellows are simply not needed with this grinder. Coffee grind is consistent, clump free, and tidy (mess free) due to anti-static technology.

When it comes to espresso in the cup this grinder is amazing as well. The burrs give a clean espresso with a symphony of clear "notes." A good way to think of it is to compare with speakers. A cheap set of speakers will give a blended sound whilst a great set of speakers will give clarity and let you hear all of the “notes.” If you are an espresso enthusiast this is your grail grinder.
