• Mode 2 (brew priority mode) utilises an innovative dual sensor system, with 3 selectable temperature settings, to prioritise the control of brew water temperature.

I recommend Mode 1 (traditional mode) for customers looking for great coffee and great steaming without the fuss. Mode 1 is simple - just set and forget. If you are experienced with making coffee you may want to try Mode 2 (brew priority mode).
