The K Bean precision distributor improves the quality and repeatability of espresso extractions by distributing grinds evenly from the centre to the edges of the basket and also, by creating a flat puck to tamp onto. Improvements to extractions when using a double basket are significant. When using a single basket the improvements are remarkable.

These are not off-the-shelf distributors found online. Cheap ones may look the same in pictures but they usually have plastic parts. This coffee distributor is rock solid, with solid aluminium and solid stainless steel parts, weighing in at 375 grams.

I have these custom made with a 58.5mm base. A 58.5 mm base will distribute ground coffee right to the edge of any 58mm E61 group basket.
