Minor Repairs

• If you bring a machine in for a repair I will also provide a minor service as it’s simple to do a service (included in the fee) when a machine is brought in for a repair.

• Fee includes coffee machine cleaner and descaler.

• Consumables and parts are charged separately.

• If additional works are required (more than 90 minutes) the additional labour fee is $70 per 30 minutes.

How Long Will it Take?

• Simple repair - if no special parts are required your machine should be ready to pick up next within 1-2 days.

• Express service (available on request with a 10% surcharge) - if no special parts are required your machine should be ready to pick up after ~2 hours.

• If special parts are required it is most likely that your machine will be ready to pick up next within 3-5 days.
