Minor Service

• Recommended at 3-4 years.

• Fee includes labour for cleaning, descaling, lubrication of key components and replacement of key consumables such as the e61 gasket, e61 screen and the vacuum release valve.

• Consumables and parts are charged separately.

• If additional works are required for minor repairs the additional labour fee is $70 per 30 minutes.

Major Service

• Recommended at 8 years.

• Fee includes labour for cleaning, descaling, lubrication of key components, replacement of key consumables such as the e61 gasket, e61 screen and vacuum release valve, and replacement of wand gaskets, e61 cam gaskets and e61 cams (as required).

• Consumables and parts are charged separately.

• If additional works are required for minor repairs the additional labour fee is $70 per 30 minutes.

How Long Will it Take?

• Normal service - if no special parts are required your machine should be ready to pick up next within 1-2 days.

• Express service (available on request) - if no special parts are required your machine should be ready to pick up after 1 1/2 hours for a minor service or 2 hours for a major service.

• If special parts are required it is most likely that your machine will be ready to pick up next within 2-5 days.
